Aidan Hutchinson just finished a stellar rookie season during which he racked up 9.5 sacks, and became a finalist for the NFL’s Rookie of the Year Award.

The 2022 number two overall draft pick hasn’t just become a star on the field, he’s also become a star off of the field, as evidenced by his recent ‘Lambeau Leap’ after the Lions defeated the Green Bay Packers on the final game of the season.

While Hutchinson is achieving superstar status in the state of Michigan and especially the Metro Detroit area, he hasn’t quite become a household name nationwide — just yet, anyway.

As the NFL season winds down, all eyes are focused on State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, where the 2023 Super Bowl will be played.

Hutchinson’s Lions won’t be making an official appearance, but the man known as ‘Hutch’ will be prominently featured in the form of a Super Bowl commercial that is just starting to make the rounds as part of a new trailer.

Hutchinson Super Bowl LVII Commercial Teaser Released

We don’t want to spoil it for you, but Hutchinson’s performance in the commercial, shown in the player below, is an ode to one of the most famous comedic movie performances of the mid-1990s from a notable duo of Saturday Night Live stars, one living and one deceased.

The video was shared by the Twitter page Honolulu Blues, and has already been viewed over 100,000 times.

By the time the Super Bowl rolls around, it’s a good bet that this video, and the rest of the commercial, will be viewed millions of times.

Without further ado, here it is:

Responses to the trailer varied, but fans seem excited to see Hutchinson on the big stage, perhaps a prelude to a Detroit Lions performance in the big game next season.
